Just the fried bread and condensed milk on the menu remind me of the real thing. I think they arrange it to suit Japanese tastes, but I think they stick to the basics of Chinese cuisine. Taste is a personal preference, but I think it's a restaurant you'll want to visit. I get lost in the coming of Soga.

The atmosphere of the store was very nice. Personally, the food is very delicious. I'm also a chef, and I keep the authentic Chinese flavor, but I arrange it so that it's easy for Japanese tastes to enjoy. It was the first delicious restaurant I had in 10 years. The Japanese pepper is also Chinese pepper, so it's spicier and richer, which I think is wonderful. I definitely want to become a regular, so I kept the bottle.
