If you like spicy food, try starting from 3 spiciness. It's not just spicy, but has a strong umami flavor, and the hardness of the rice matches well with the mapo. Silken tofu is firmer than it looks, so the tofu will not become mushy. Japanese pepper and chili oil are always available on the table, so if you don't like the spiciness or numbness, we recommend customizing your own.
