The dandan noodles are delicious with lots of chopped green onions and zha cai. The giblets are soft and have a lot of flavor. The soup of Stamina Ramen is rich. The noodles are perfectly boiled. It doesn't make your stomach feel heavy, and for some reason, it has a taste that makes you want to come back again.

The daily service menu is written on the whiteboard at the entrance of the store. When you enter the store, there are raised seats on the left side and counter seats on the right side. The offal stew set, which comes with half ramen and half rice, was delicious, with white miso-based offal stew topped with lots of green onions. The fried rice set that comes with half ramen had just the right amount of salt and was also delicious. I felt that the half ramen in the set was surprisingly large. The combination of the simple-minded owner who doesn't talk much, and the landlady who has a bright smile and provides pleasant service makes for a wonderful combination.The atmosphere is very relaxing and makes you feel as if you are visiting a friend's home. This is a famous Chinese restaurant in a charming town.

It's delicious, voluminous, and cheap, so it's the best! Recommended!
