I came to the store at 7pm and it was empty. I think the business hours have changed. I ordered a large serving of shark fin noodles for 748 yen, and it was more than I expected. The noodles are thin and slippery, and the dried Chinese soup stock is very delicious. Contains shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and chicken. Of course shark fins too. Noodles seem to have different tastes, but the taste of barley is quite strong, so people who like it will like it. I think it's best to let it cool down before eating and let it soak up the red bean paste a little.

This is a Chinese restaurant that has been operating at Aeon Kashiwa for many years, and although the restaurant sometimes changes, the food is always delicious. Both the noodles and set meals are normal and have a large portion size (the exceptions are Dandan noodles and Taiwanese ramen). Also, shark fin noodles are being offered for 580 yen (for a limited time starting around November 2021?), which is also a great value. The dan dan noodles, hot and sour noodles, shredded pork noodles, and Taiwanese ramen are also delicious, so when I go there for lunch, I tend to order these in rotation. During today's lunch time, the seats were full of customers, but I felt safe because the store was thoroughly disinfected.
