I received "Yaki Gyoza" and "Mt. Fuji Fried Rice (Happo Na)"! Machi Chuka is located on a narrow street off a busy street. There is a wide variety of menus, from classics to creative dishes, and you'll have fun just looking through the menu book. Well, the fried dumplings arrived first. It's filled with plenty of bean paste with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and the skin is chewy and the grilled eyes are crispy, so it's delicious! This is exactly the kind of gyoza I want to eat. I will definitely order it next time! Mt. Fuji fried rice (Happona) is fried rice that is perfectly cooked and has a side in the middle. A dream menu where you can enjoy fried rice and side dishes at the same time! There are some restaurants that serve it on the side like curry, but it's better to have it in the middle. Of course, fried rice and Happo na are delicious when eaten separately, but when you eat them together, it's a real treat. You can choose from a variety of side dishes, so next time try ordering a different combination! I took a bite of the tanmen that my wife ordered, and I thought it was also quite delicious, with the crunchy vegetables, flavorful soup, and medium-thick (maybe?) noodles matching well. I brought some gomoku fried rice home for my family, and the toppings were chewy and looked very delicious. This is a store I would go to at least 3 times a week if it was nearby. I'll come back later!

The atmosphere of the restaurant and the taste were excellent ^_^ It was the first time I had tasted fried rice, but it had a reassuring taste. I'm sure various axes are strong!
