I went on the opening day. When I happened to pass by, I thought it was an interesting store. As the timing was good, I was able to go on the opening day. I'm sure it's the opening staff. I have the impression that both the kitchen and the hall are well-maintained. All the dishes I ate were flawless. I went with my family, so we ate about 70-80% of the menu. Originally, it was a tanmen shop, and the signature menu, tanmen, was consistently delicious. The chive meat, levanilla, and vegetables were perfect, making it a dish that made you feel the firepower of Chinese cuisine. The fried rice was also very filling and was my favorite type of fried rice. I also had the spicy level 4 spicy tanmen. It's subjective, but if you like spicy food, I think spiciness level 4 is OK. This is a store that I would definitely want to visit again!

When I passed by before, I noticed the signboard for rich tanmen, so I checked the opening hours and went in. The clerk told me to order using a QR code, and as soon as I read the QR in front of me, the order screen appeared. It was easier to complete the order than I expected due to the simple operation method. The staff also provided prompt service. When I finished ordering and looked around, I heard the sound and aroma of pots being stirred in the kitchen, and that alone was enough to whet my appetite. After a while, the signature menu, rich tanmen and half-fried rice, arrived. The tanmen has crunchy vegetables, thick noodles, and hot water soup for an unmistakable flavor. The half-fried rice was also satisfying with just the right amount of flavor. I was really interested in the ``fried noodles'' on the menu, so I plan to come back. Thank you for the meal. A certain day in October I came back because I was curious about the fried noodles. It was full of green onions and garlic. I sprinkled as much black pepper as I could on the table and finished with plenty of time to spare. I recommend the chamen ദ്ദി^._.^)

When I'm tired 🌶 Super spicy noodles 🌶🎶 You can order one option: ``Spicy tanmen/4 spicy 940 yen + large size 100 yen'' and ``half fried rice 390 yen.'' By the way, when I asked if tanmen could be made with vegetables, I was told that it wasn't possible.
