The name 'Tang Dynasty' of the restaurant made me curious to try because it is one of the greatest period in Chinese history, the time that has traditional dress inspired Korean hanbok and Japanese Kimono. The interior is filled with tons of details strongly related to Chinese culture, such as 12 zodiac animals or string of chilis. Come with the interior design is the authentic foods. True Chinese flavor, especially the meat (with a lot of fat). Steamed pork bun is the best in my set. The soup in noodle bowl is a bit sour, meat is salty, but the mix of them is good. Anyway, i don't like the dessert at all. Free tea is also good.

Heard about this place from the attendant at the check-in desk, lots of flight and airline crews eating here. Had the special hot and spicy ma-ra toshomen, delicious hand cut noodles and perfect numb/spice combo. Also had the cumin lamb, thought the seasoning was too strong. Spring rolls were perfect. The restaurant is in the shopping/dining area before you go through security (on the far right). Can get very busy with a wait time.
