The so-called "delicious Chinese restaurant from the old days" itself. Especially the yakisoba with a proper oiliness is supreme👍 The fried rice has a nice flavor too.

A store that is supported by a wide range of local people, from office workers to families. The menu seems to specialize in a lot of ankake dishes, so if you've tried loose noodles, gomoku yakisoba, or ankake dishes and thought they were delicious, you can consider this restaurant to be a hit with everything. Also, the kitchen is very clean. This is a restaurant that has been operating in this area for a long time, but the kitchen is spotless.

Last night (October 1, 2022) I visited for the first time in a while. Gomoku fried rice was delicious as always. The fried rice is not too salty and has an exquisite flavor, which is different from the fried rice you get at other ramen restaurants. (Previous post) I didn't go in for 4 years after I moved to the neighborhood because it looked very upscale from the outside, but when I went in today, I was surprised to find that it was a community-based store where local families gathered. Uncles, aunties, and everyone with children are enjoying the evening at the chabudai table in the tatami room and enjoying Chinese food. Although it was seasoned well, the oil was fresh and it didn't make my stomach feel heavy.I had the Shredded Beef Pepper Soba (900 yen excluding tax) and the Gomoku Fried Rice (900 yen excluding tax). The price seems to be about 100 yen more expensive than at a cheaper ramen restaurant, but the taste was good and they didn't skimp on the ingredients. This is a valuable restaurant in the Kukizaki area, where popular restaurants such as Restaurant Bokuen and Asahi Hanten have disappeared over the past few years.
