Xinlong here is completely different from other Taiwanese restaurants. I have been to many Taiwanese restaurants so far, but this one has the best service and customer service. As for the taste of the food, personally, all the dishes I've eaten so far have a taste that suits me. I especially like the sword-shaved noodles, the new grilled xiao long bao, and the cheese-filled gyoza. The sword-cut noodles are quite chewy and filling. The grilled xiaolongbao is grilled so that the meat juices are tightly trapped inside, and the moment you bite into it, the meat juices become juicy. The gyoza with cheese is an innovative dish that you won't find at other restaurants, and I love the way the melted cheese spreads in my mouth as soon as I eat it. It seems like they have a limited menu for each season, so I'm looking forward to the upcoming season. I asked one of our employees about this, and he said, ``We are particular about the freshness of our ingredients, and we always make our dishes using fresh ingredients.'' Although it is a remnant of the previous store, the inside of the store is spacious and completely barrier-free, including the restroom, so people in wheelchairs can use it without any problems. I really like Taiwanese ramen (^^) Whenever I come to a Taiwanese restaurant, I make it a point to eat it. Chives go very well with piping hot ramen.
