The special feature is that the vinegared rice is quite sweet. For someone like me who likes sweet things, I think I'll be happy with any amount. Of course I ate it all♫ [Shirami-don] is generously topped with sea bream. The ripeness was just right and the texture was wonderful. Beneath the toppings, there is a shredded egg and chopped seaweed, which really brings out the flavor. This time, I popped in at noon during lunch time, and was lucky that it was empty. There weren't many reviews online, but it was a restaurant I'm glad I tried. This is my favorite sushi restaurant, where both lunch and blowfish courses are delicious. There is no fishy smell at all, and I like this kind of sushi, so I became a big fan after going there for the first time (*^^*) The photo of the course is from last year, but I was very satisfied with the amount I could eat!
