Hekinan, Aichi, Japan｜Yuki Sushi

I ate chirashi sushi to go. When I took a bite of the tuna, I could feel the deliciousness and the high level of craftsmanship. I will order again!

I made a reservation and visited on a Sunday afternoon. There is a counter and tables inside the store. The building is still new and you can enter with a fresh feeling. The balance between the white walls and wood grain is also pleasing to the eye. Well, I ordered Dera Gin (3,100 yen) and bottled beer (large). Deragin comes with 8 pieces of upper nigiri, 2 pieces of hand roll, soup, and chawanmushi. Choose two out of nine types of hand-rolled sushi. I had tekka and plum perilla. For the warship, choose one from salmon roe, sea urchin, or flying fish. Other foods include fatty tuna, tuna, white meat, conger eel, shrimp, squid, and eggs. All delicious.

I had a lunch of 15 pieces of omakase sushi. All the ingredients were fresh and very delicious. The red clams and gari were especially delicious. It was also very nice to be able to order 3 pieces of sushi (2 pieces of nigiri and 1 piece of hand-rolled sushi) of whatever I wanted! The inside of the store was very clean. I really liked it! It was a feast.
