The taste and cost performance are very good, so I use it often. Repeat is inevitable. The lunch menu is cheap and delicious. We recommend the 7-item plate for dinner. Bluefin fish such as tuna and sardines are especially delicious. I tend to not eat blue fish unless it's fresh because it smells bad, but all the fish here are fresh and I honestly think it's delicious. My partner from Hokkaido also said it was delicious. Many of the chefs are very friendly and will look you in the eye and take your order with a smile, and they greet you cheerfully when you leave the restaurant, making you want to come back again. (I would like young people to inherit this as well.) <Bad points> The following is a minor issue, but I like this restaurant so I would like to improve it if possible. ・The wet towels in the heating cabinet smell bad (It's a different smell than disinfection, and I've never smelled it before, but I don't think it's a dirty smell. However, the smell lingers on my hands, so it just gets in the way of eating.) ・It is difficult to order self-service miso soup for lunch. The reason is that the ladle is too big for your arm, the pot itself is installed high, and there are so many things around the pot that you can't stretch your elbows. There is a high probability of spillage if you are not careful. (I didn't report anything because it was my own carelessness, but I got slightly burned once when I held a bowl.) ・There are scenes where veteran employees occasionally use strong words to speak to other younger employees, which I think is out of step with the times. (I think this is the flip side of the user-first principle, but there seems to be a difference in engagement depending on the employee's position.I believe that good services will continue to be born from a good workplace, so I think it's a flip side of the user-first principle. I would like them to think carefully about what user-first means. For example, just because they saw this comment, the owner would unilaterally blame the store manager, and the store manager would unilaterally blame his subordinates. (I hope you never try to do that.)

3500 yen for Sushiro Around 5000 yen here 1,500 yen is expensive, but if you are satisfied with 1,500 yen, there is no complaint.

Delicious😋🍴💕 Fresh ❗️
