Anyway, the fish is delicious! This is the first time I ate grilled Shirako with soy sauce. The piping hot milt is thick and creamy. The slightly coated surface and the aroma of the soy sauce combine to make the sake taste better. I guess it depends on the purchasing price, but there are a few dishes that don't have prices on the menu. The three of us ate about eight minutes' worth of food, each drank two beers, and shared two glasses of sake, which cost about 6,000 yen per person.
