Great bunch of funny sushi chiefs! We had a great first time with sushi belt in Japan.

With the current trends, you can feel safe at a store where the craftsmen will handle the work for you! Ordering directly and using paper is an analog method, but they have a wide selection of fresh ingredients, recommend seasonal ingredients, and provide warm customer service. (There are some store clerks and craftsmen who are shy, but I don't feel bad about them; they are actually nice people to work with.) Around the end of last year, creative sushi made in collaboration with rapper SHO, famous gravure idols, K-1 players, etc. was released, and I was surprised at how much attention was paid to it! It's seriously delicious.
