I love SushiKatsu! The owner and entire staff are incredibly friendly and make delicious sushi right in front of you. This place offers a great value for the quality of sushi you receive. Primarily a nigiri restaurant, the owner will make sushi to order. Look for no menu here, instead be prepared to speak Japanese (or use Google Translate) and pick your sushi set from the available fish sitting out. I plan to return many times in the future and will bring guests with me.

My wife's and I first sushi stop since returning to Japan. Oh boy are we happy we found this place. The lunch special was exactly what we were looking for in a sushi spot! We will absolutely be going back.
