Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan｜Sushiro

Probably the best sushi chain in terms of price to quality and quantity. You get very good cuts of fish and a good portion for 100 yen pre-tax. The salmon is particularly good. The tuna is decent but nothing to write home about. Their crowning achievement in my opinion is being able to sell chocolate cakes for 180 yen. I recommend the fatty salmon, shrimp, their soups, and their dessert selection apart from the ice creams.

Everything from ordering to serving is fast, and everything is done systematically, so you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind. Also, they are open until relatively late at night, so if you finish work late and don't want to prepare dinner, you can easily go there if you feel like eating sushi. There are many nights when the items are sold out, but personally I don't have any problems. There is a wide variety of sushi, and you can also choose dessert after your meal. If there is anything you would like to improve... ◯It's quite limited, but the parfait bowl is too small and difficult to eat. Especially when it comes to the mini size, when scooping ice cream or chopped strawberries with a spoon, you have to be dexterous so that they don't fall out of the bowl or they will definitely fall. The contents may look small, but I would like the bowl to be larger so that it is easier to eat and the contents can be left as they are. ◯There are times when the soy sauce (the sweet one) is empty. I think the staff checks this every time, but I wonder if it's something that gets overlooked? ◯If possible, I would like you to bring tissues as well. I use my own tissue to wipe my mouth every time. ◯I would like alcohol to be placed at the entrance. You can wash your hands, but it would be better if you could easily disinfect them when entering the store. I think many people use the touch panel without disinfecting it.
