Mitaka, Tokyo, Japan｜Sushi Kin

Been here 5 times. Probably the best sushi place i have been to. And I have been to many in last 15 years. Yuichi is a master craftsman. He puts his heart mind and soul. Today, had so many types of ebi (prawn) , some, the first time. The sushi rice is soft, not dry. Wasabi, just enough, not over powering. Anogo and uni...yummy. My wife loves the mackerel, buri, chu-toro. Reversion, to avoid disappointment.

The fish was fresh and everything was delicious! ! It was family run and had a great atmosphere. We will go again!
