Take a seat and silently watch the master doing it's thing ! 51 years of Japanese tradition, 2nd generation sushi master. 1) First enjoy watching the preparation of the food. 2) Just smell the food and prepare your soy sauce. 3) Slowly enjoy each mouth full. If you come here the first time the BaraChirashi Sushi allows you to try a bit of many different fish types. The miso soup texture and flavor is fantastic too ! (Watch for fish bones) The complimentary grape gelee desert, looks simple, tastes amazingly mild. 4) And one for the road: Enjoy the mini chocolate wafer and a coffee sweet afterwards on the way back! 😋🤤 😋

Used for lunch. Previously, when I ate with my family at night, it tasted good, so I tried it for lunch. I ordered the chirashi sushi set. The price is cheap at 800 yen, so the chirashi sushi is delicious, but the amount of material is so so. However, it comes with salad, miso soup, and homemade dessert, so I think it's a good deal for this price! The dessert of the day was melon jelly, but it has a good flavor with pulp, so it doesn't feel like a bonus. It was delicious. Used for dinner in January 2018. I got the omakase set. One drink, monkfish liver, vinegared food, grilled food, sashimi, kazunoko, etc. are left to you, so it seems that it varies depending on the day, but various things come out. And finally, it is a set with 4 grips. Nigiri is a basic type of nigiri, but I feel that the quality of the ingredients is different compared to sushi that turns squid and lean tuna. With a glass of alcohol, I think this price is a good deal. It's a recent favorite.

I went to eat with a friend using the "Kunitachi Beer Garden" project. The service comes with chopped tuna, In addition, there is an ``Omakase set'' that includes Otoshi (salted fish), Sashimi, Vinegared food (milt), Grilled food (Conger eel shirayaki), Nigiri and a glass of beer. It's only 3000 yen! This is an absolute bargain. And each dish is elaborately prepared and delicious! The craftsmen are also friendly, You can also enjoy a fun conversation behind the counter. We had a really fun time. I highly recommend it to everyone.
