Used for lunch around 14:30. Judging from the store's layout, it feels a little daunting to first-time visitors. When I entered the store, even though it was quite far from lunch time, there were two groups of regular customers, giving me the feeling that this restaurant is loved by local customers. The store seems to be run by the owner, who has the atmosphere of a quiet craftsman, and a male staff member, and inside the store, the regular customers and the owner are having conversations, which is a bit strange to me as someone who has no communication skills. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all, but that was just my own feeling, and I never felt that the customers I saw were treated coldly. This time, I ordered the Satsuki for 1.5 servings (1100 yen including tax, see photo) from the lunch menu. The sushi was very delicious, especially the fish, which had a bit of a crunch to it, which I think was due to the fact that the fish was quite fresh, rather than being hard. It also comes with a bowl of soup, which was also very delicious and seemed to have been made with great care and effort. In conclusion, at 1,100 yen, this was an exceptional value for money and made me want to come back again. Although the atmosphere is a bit difficult to approach, I think it's worth it for people living nearby to overcome that and go.

This is a sushi restaurant where each job is carefully done. There are many types of snacks and the taste is good.
