I had a chance to go to a sushi restaurant that I had always wanted to go to but couldn't. This is Teru Sushi, located near Life in Minamisenju. I'm from Hokuriku, so to be honest, I rarely eat sushi in Tokyo. It would be different if you paid a certain amount of money, but I don't expect much... It was rumored that it would satisfy me. It was 2:30 pm, just in time for lunch. Some shops take a break in the afternoon, but this one seems to be open. thank you. When I opened the door, there were no other customers, just the owner and his dog inside. When I asked if we could have lunch, I was pleasantly told that it was okay. Looking over the menu, there doesn't seem to be a lunch menu in particular. I was asked if I wanted nigiri or chirashika, and of course I ordered nigiri. After a while, the food that was served in front of me was as shown in the photo. Unlike Hokuriku, I get the impression that there are a lot of tuna. Perhaps it was just this time, but the salmon, which is a common sight in the world, was nowhere to be seen. The white meat is sprinkled with salt, so please eat it without soy sauce. The meat was firm and had a satisfying taste. The red meat is tuna. It also tastes perfect. The sweet seasoning of the large balls was perfect for finishing off the dish. I will come to Minamisenju again to visit this store. It's been a long time since I've felt that way at a store.

People who complain about the super delicious sushi here have no right to eat sushi. Well, let's go to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant!
