It can't be helped because the inside of the store is small with only counter seats. I waited while wandering around the basement of the department store. Finally, we are shown to our seats. I sat down at the counter in the back and had a draft beer first. First, relax with a cold beer. There may be individual sushi items, but I ordered the sushi made by the manager. As I was drinking beer while eating the white fish appetizer, the nigiri came out one by one. First up is tuna. Leave it as is without adding soy sauce. It's delicious tuna. greater amberjack. This one also has no soy sauce. Is this Osaka restaurant with sauce on it? I guess it's a ceremony. Horse mackerel. I love horse mackerel. Perfect taste. Bonito came out. It's not my favorite topping, but the one at this restaurant has no smell and is delicious. Kitayori shellfish. One of my favorite shellfish. This makes me happy. Negitoro is also rich in flavor and delicious. The seaweed was also crispy. Milt's warship. A relatively unusual sushi item. It's creamy and delicious. You can choose the last one according to your preference. This is definitely a sea urchin! Plenty of sea urchin. Perfect for seaweed and sushi. The shrimp miso soup contains round pieces of gluten. It's delicious and soothing. Enjoy delicious sushi while drinking beer. I drank the rice and finished it. Considering the quality of the ingredients, the price is reasonable. The prices are about the same as at a typical counter sushi restaurant, which is quite reasonable for a famous restaurant. The sushi is delicious with the strong red vinegar. Gari is refreshing and delicious without being strangely sweet. The material is obvious, but it's solid. It's not a conveyor belt sushi or stand-up sushi restaurant, so you won't be able to get a meal for 2,000 to 3,000 yen, but it's a restaurant I plan to visit in the future.
