Awesome sushi restaurant. Very different than a typical sushi meal, the chef selects a variety of fish and other ingredients from different regions across Japan. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain each dish, even showing us pictures of the different fish they served. Each dish was unique, and my favorite was a swordfish hamburger with mushroom bun. It should be noted this is cash only. Highly recommended!

Worth the trip to this unique restaurant. Reservation is recommended. I love how the chef prepared our food with his passion and enthusiasm and love how much effort they put in to detail on ingredients and tableware for mix and match. Every piece of sushi was made with dedication and sincerity. Good job!

serving innovative sushi inspired by various local traditional sushi recipes and own experiments. the interior setting is also different from a normal sushi bar, as they don’t have a sushi counter. instead, a small crafts gallery is attached. reservation is mandatory, and you need an introducer for a dinner reservation.
