Food very delicious and japanese sake is very nice

I visited during lunch time during the Golden Week holiday. The restaurant was fully booked right after the rotation, so it was a good idea to make a reservation in advance. There are 7 to 8 seats at the counter and 3 tables for 4 people, and the interior is clean. Everyone, including Mr. Ita, was very impressed with their wonderful customer service. I was guided to a table and ordered the Nigiri Set Shirakawa for ¥3,280. First of all, we were served dried daikon radish and turnips, which were elegantly seasoned. After a while, the nigiri, soup, and chawanmushi come out. All of the dishes were exquisite, but the exquisite seasoning of the kohada was especially impressive. This is a store that I would like to use again.

A clean and bright store. The customer service was pleasant and the sushi was delicious. Recently, there are fewer and fewer sushi restaurants like this. I was satisfied with the atmosphere and taste, which is not found in chain conveyor belt sushi. I don't like green onions, so I made a full tuna dish without green onions. The tuna was very delicious. This is a store that I would definitely like to visit again. Recommended.
