Amazing. Chef can converse in 3 languages while carefully preparing different foods for groups eating at varying paces. Fish was super fresh. Chefs were very skilled and staff were very professional. Would definitely come back.

The staff were very polite and the chef was very accommodating. We were the only foreigners in the restaurant and we were worried that it might be awkward, but they made us feel very comfortable. The staff speak great English and the food was absolutely amazing. The highlights of the omakase were definitely the Uni and the Otoro. Once you finish the course, the chef will offer some ala carte dishes, we chose the Ebi and the Arkshell. The Arkshell was still alive prior to preparation so it was as fresh as it could be and was amazing. We will definitely be back next time we visit Japan!

this was by far the best omakase i've had in japan. i think if you are from america and you just want exceptional sushi, this is the place to go. i've found a lot of japanese omakase places to be a bit too adventurous for me. this one mostly sticks to sushi with the occasional cooked fish or side dish which comes at a refreshing time.
