Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan｜Sushiyoshi

The other day, I saw a cute aquarium from outside, so I was wondering what it was, and then I saw some sushi and set meals outside the restaurant and went in to try it out. It was a late lunch on a weekday, but the place was so crowded that you could barely get a seat. I think there was a counter seat where you could see the chef cooking, a few tables, and a tatami room in the back. Perhaps because it was lunchtime, no one was making a fuss, and the atmosphere in the store was calm enough for conversation, with NHK TV playing the background music. The walls of the store were beautifully decorated with colored papers of famous people, including celebrities and professional athletes. While I was waiting for the seafood order, my companion remembered the menus that my companion and I had ordered, and each of us had the portions we ordered placed right in front of us. I am also grateful that you cut it into pieces so that it is easy to eat. When the food was brought to the table, I didn't have to raise my hand like a seafood person would, and I felt the warmth of their care. It had been a long time since my companion and I had eaten sushi, so we were indescribably happy with the soft texture of the toppings. I also think it was the first time I had delicious sushi with rice. Niigata? Where is the rice from? I should have told you directly, but I would like to visit you again soon and aim to become a repeat customer ＼(^o^)／♡ It would be great if they had salads and an English menu too!

I've been here several times and the sushi is fresh and delicious! The tuna is especially delicious. There is a wide variety of side menu items, and everything you eat is delicious. The great thing about our location is that it's very close to Sagamihara Station, so you can easily stop by. The inside of the restaurant is very comfortable, and it's a recommended sushi restaurant that you'll want to go to again.

This is a sushi restaurant that my family has been going to for a long time! I always order Matsu Nigiri for sushi, but I also highly recommend the fried fish. Both fried fish and vegetable tempura are light and crispy. Every time I go, I look forward to choosing a different selection of Japanese sake, and I love it so much that I always order Baguro as a snack. You may have to wait for the food to be served (hence the 4 stars for the service), so if you're an impatient person, it might be best to give yourself plenty of time and space. The chef making the sushi at the counter may seem unfriendly, but he's not a scary person. lol
