Worth a detour. Top notch and affordable

Very friendly sushi chef, great food and hot tea. Would come again. Spent about $30 for a medium sushi dish, octopus salad that came with it, and green tea.

I visit several times a year, and it's always delicious and pleasant. It's a standard to have sushi at the end with a variety of beautiful snacks, and it seems that other customers are also asked to do so. In addition to Japanese sake, they also have small bottles of white wine (Chablis) and sparkling that are easy to order. The counter is often filled with regulars even on weekdays, so we recommend making a reservation before going.
