Originally, I was not good at persimmon leaf sushi, but after receiving this, I was able to eat it because it was delicious. Unlike other stores, it has less odor and more flavor. I always buy it on my way home from visiting Koyasan. Even when visiting the train, even if it's troublesome, I get off the train and stop by to buy it. When I talked to them, they said that they are a very kind couple and that they run the restaurant together. Both sushi and packaging are very polite, and you can feel the good personality of the couple.

It's delicious. I bought grilled mackerel sushi and Inari sushi. It's so delicious that you can't ask for anything more. Personally, I think the grilled mackerel sushi is delicious and cheaper than the one from Shiga's Sabakaido. Inari sushi is fluffy Inari and vinegared rice with sesame seeds... The host's personality is also the best. Reservation required!

Persimmon leaf sushi is famous for being delicious, but for locals, crab sushi here is soul food. Crab chirashi sushi, which is served on a small special day, is really delicious with two-thirds of the delicious crab meat seasoned with crab vinegar and one-third topped with thin strips of egg.
