Chigasaki, Kanagawa, Japan｜鮨みやもと

I recently moved from Tokyo to Chigasaki and have visited Miyamoto Sushi twice. Excellent fish sake & friendly atmosphere.

I had a course of sushi and a la carte dish, and everything was delicious and I was very satisfied. I would like to try the evening course on Friday and Saturday.

I used it for lunch. I was able to make a reservation over the phone on the same day. There are two parking spaces behind the store. Although the parking lot is quite small. Coin parking is a little far away. The sushi is Edomae sushi with red vinegar rice. The basics seem to be an omakase course, but I was able to order additional sushi. The omakase course also comes with an appetizer (I had rock mozuku and chawanmushi) and miso soup. The taste is so delicious that you will be impressed. Not only is the fish flavorful, but the shari is also very tasty. I can see how well the fish is prepared to bring out its flavor, and I get the impression that they do a very thorough job. However, the 10 volumes of Omakase that I ordered seemed a bit small for a man. The atmosphere of the shop is good, with counter and table seats, and it feels clean (the restrooms were very clean). Considering the atmosphere and the quality of the sushi, the cost performance for lunch is outstanding. Next time I want to go at night too.
