This sushi is so so so good!! Also recommend the octopus balls! We would have eaten more if we could have but we ordered so much. The restaurant itself was really cozy and played some chill reggae music. Plenty of parking behind the building by Japanese standards and also validation available if you can’t snag one of the few dedicated sushi 51 spots. As much as we love the simplicity of sashimi here in japan, we definitely missed the excessive American style sushi and this captures it perfectly!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sushi 51 had some amazing sushi! The volcano roll was like an explosion of yumminess that just can't be put into words. My favorite roll of the night! They have a stamp card where you can earn money off after so many stamps too!

This place is perfect if you're looking for western style sushi. The rolls are a bit small, but their flavor is so good! Very American friendly, they speak good English in the shop.
