I visited at lunch time on a holiday. It is a sushi restaurant where craftsmen make sushi. I had a delicious two-color bowl (tuna and green onion), tempura and sashimi set meal. The miso soup contained shrimp heads and was delicious with plenty of shrimp soup stock.
