It was very comfortable. All the sushi is delicious and very satisfying. The plum wine was also great! It was a store that I would want to come to again. thank you very much!

After coming to Fujisawa, I visited several restaurants, but this is the best sushi restaurant in terms of hospitality, restaurant atmosphere, and chef's skills. First of all, the interior is very small and cozy, and the feeling is very good. The chef is taciturn, but occasionally intersperses conversations with regular customers, but he also considers first-time customers and makes them feel comfortable. The work of sushi is also very meticulous, and the production of a little surprise, and the taste and texture of the nigiri, which does not look flashy, is impressive and the selection of ingredients is excellent. Even the Matsu course costs 14,000 yen. I couldn't drink alcohol on this day because it was under the declaration, but I was very satisfied. Anyway, I think that both men and women will not be dissatisfied with the amount. The counter was full at the same time, but I thought about the order of sushi so that everyone would not get bored, and the hospitality is top-notch, so I think it's fine for entertainment, special occasions, and of course everyday use. Recently, only the prices are high and the contents are so-so, but there are quite a few shops that focus on hospitality. It is a shop I want to go to in the future.
