Zushi, Kanagawa, Japan｜Inase Sushi

Excellent sushi. If you’re in Zushi area and you don’t eat here, what are you even doing. Ordered the chefs recommendation. I could eat this forever. Recommend ordering three of these for the competitive eater. Standing room only.

It's a stand-up sushi restaurant, but the prices aren't super cheap. However, considering the quality, it is more than reasonable. This is natural considering the current price of the fish and the current state of fish procurement, so only those who can afford it should go. The toppings from the sticking out shellfish are very good, and you can easily enjoy delicious sushi. It's a small shop that can only accommodate about 6-7 people, and the regulars often check on us and refuse to come in, so I guess it depends on the timing. Also, since it's a small shop, it's likely that you'll run out of items. This time there was a rare rockfish. Inasemaki is an original roll of bluefin tuna and island rakkyo. It's quite delicious, so ordering is a must, and awamori will go well with it. The customer service by the two people who seemed to be the owner and his wife was very nice and we didn't feel rushed. Payment will likely be cash only. We drank beer and sake, ate a lot of food, and it cost about 5,000 yen per person.
