A quiet shop located a short walk from Kanazawa Bunko. From the nostalgic exterior, once you pass through the noren curtain, you'll find Edomae sushi with a beautiful interior! That's what the inside of the store looks like. I asked for the best course. All dishes were made with seasonal and local ingredients, and were both beautiful and delicious. Of course, the sushi is definitely delicious ✨ If you like sushi, this is a restaurant you definitely want to visit at least once! Please note that there are only three parking spaces, and you will not be able to just pop in if you don't make a reservation long in advance! However, when I asked about it, it felt good, tasted good, and cost performance was great! So I became a big fan. There are several menus for lunch, but I ordered chrysanthemum. It also comes with nigiri and makimono, chawanmushi and miso soup. It seems that the toppings change slightly depending on the day, but today I had seared cutlassfish caught at Shiba fishing port, which was fragrant and delicious! Chawanmushi is also corn bean paste. It is also served hot and delicious. This was enough for me, but there is also a menu that is 1.5 times the amount of this chrysanthemum, and it also comes with conger eel.
