I use it once a month. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy seasonal local fish from Tokyo Bay and the Miura Peninsula. The omakase is reasonable considering the contents!

I've been wanting to come here for a long time and finally made it. The sushi was a very polite job and it was a delicious sushi that made use of the ingredients. In addition, there was Shishamo of Mukawa as a seasonal snack and it was very delicious. The store was clean and I enjoyed delicious sushi that was very well done. I will ask again.

The general is said to have previously worked on the luxury cruise ship ``Asuka''. Apparently the owner buys the ingredients directly from around Miura, so we love the fact that we can eat fresh sushi that you can't find anywhere else. I especially like the fact that the white fish such as gurnard, cutlassfish, and barracuda are excellent, and that you can eat the fast fish raw. There are many local ingredients that you can't eat. I was satisfied with that, and I don't think I've ever ordered salmon roe or sea urchin. I always have local fish nigiri for lunch. When I go out at night, I always order conger eel nigiri at the end, and the conger eel is made locally in Koshiba and is thick and fluffy. I once asked the general, ``It's delicious if you prepare it after it's been baked to a certain extent, then warm it up in the toaster oven just before serving.'' The atmosphere inside the store is stylish and clean. Part of the fun is that the ingredients change with the seasons. On nights when the kids aren't around, I secretly have a few drinks with my husband and enjoy some luxury.
