All of the other ingredients were good, including the scallops, which were firm with no rounded edges, and the sea urchin, which had less of an alum smell. The sushi was diluted without overpowering the vinegar, and I thought the nigiri might be a little big, but it was perfectly acceptable. My friend came in late, so even though I got in first and finished early, I was given a refill of my bowl while I was waiting.

I visited for a late lunch with my small child.
