Sōka, Saitama, Japan｜Sushi Choshimaru

It's been a while since I've eaten it, but it's still top notch. Even for an amateur, the balance of rice and toppings, or rather the sense of unity, is different from other reasonable sushi restaurants. It was a take-out order, but the staff served it to me as soon as I arrived.

First visit. The touch panel was easy to use, the staff was friendly, and the sushi was good, so I had a satisfying lunch. The payment was about the same as at other conveyor belt sushi restaurants, including alcohol, and I was very satisfied considering the contents.

I started working there after moving, and the inside of the store has a slightly more luxurious feel to it. Some of the staff from the previous location were still there, and they remembered me, which made me feel at ease. There are also a la carte dishes, and new ingredients are added each time.Although it is a large chain restaurant, there are things you can enjoy here that you can't find at other chain restaurants. There are 3-piece and 5-piece servings, deep-fried dishes, and rice bowl dishes, so it can be used in a variety of situations. The parking lot has also become quite spacious, which is also a blessing.
