Lunch with my 80 year old parents. I use it about twice every three months. The staff members are very kind and polite. I am grateful that you answered the same questions from older people without making a negative face. Elderly people don't like high-pitched mechanical noise, so I wonder if it's possible to reduce the noise when the store is quiet after peak hours?
