I really like the craftsmanship of the boss, so when I want to eat sushi, I basically go to this place

I came to Shin-Tokorozawa for the first time after learning that there was a movie theater where you could watch movies while lying down. When I talked to a friend about wanting to eat sushi and searched for it, this "Mori Sushi" came up. When I entered the store, the owner and proprietress were extremely kind and guided me to the counter in a calming atmosphere (a friendly space that felt like being in my parents' home). Even though it was our first time meeting them, they spoke to us in a heart-warming tone, and the two seemed to get along well, which eased my nervousness and allowed us to naturally enjoy the conversation and the meal. I ordered the lunch menu recommended by the manager, and along with the customer service from both of them, the taste was the best of all the sushi I've eaten. When I left, I was so satisfied that I even felt a little sad. Apparently they also have pufferfish on the menu, so I'm planning on going there soon. Thank you.

It is located a short walk from Shin-Tokorozawa Station's PARCO exit. The entrance is on the 1st floor, but the shop is on the 2nd floor. It is good to have chawanmushi.
