It is truly craftsmanship. It's moderately sweet and the sourness is suppressed, so I think it's a sushi rice that you can easily feel the taste of the ingredients. The squid is plump and chewy, and the shrimp has a strong flavor and no odor. You can see the careful preparation. A good old sushi restaurant! Next time I would like to have it in the store. The material is quite good. The restaurant is small, but the hospitality is good and the food is good. Considering this is a prefecture without a sea, the prices are reasonable.
