You will be healed by the clean atmosphere of the entire shop and the personality of the owner and his wife. It's not easy to take pictures because it's freshly made, but fresh ingredients, delicious rice, and 5 stars are not enough. The best shop that is particular about everything.

Visited for lunch. Set of grips 3400. The floor is stone, the counter wall is cypress, It seems that there was a tatami room on the back that diverted the view. The store is quiet and clean. (It seems better to make a reservation by phone etc.) Since I was the first to open, I didn't have to wait long and the seeds were served rhythmically. I think it was Kohada, raw squid, raw shrimp, red clams, herring roe sprinkled with bonito flakes, delicious fatty tuna, grilled conger eel, dried gourd, and egg. A small plate with soy sauce was set at my seat, but I had it without soy sauce because of the painted pattern. It was delicious and you wouldn't expect it to be the best on Thursday. The sushi rice is also excellent, and I don't like it when I get a big sushi rice because I only notice the sushi rice, but this one didn't bother me. Gari was also large and I liked it. The finish and location of the yellowfin tuna and squid were a little different from my taste, but that might be because it was a set. And miso soup. I think it was sea bream soup, but I was happy that the meat had a good flavor and was delicious, and the green onions were chopped. I feel like you can't see green onions anywhere other than at sushi restaurants, so I'm a little excited! Wouldn't it be even better if you remove it before and after the market is closed?
