Saitama, Japan｜Hirano Sushi

I visited Hirano Sushi for lunch on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. It was a hot day, but the air conditioner inside the store was cool. The structure of the restaurant includes counter seats, table seats, and tatami rooms. There is also a second floor, which is larger than you think from the frontage. I was the only customer when I visited. A TV was on in the store. When I took a seat at the counter, I was served hot green tea and a towel. The owner was managing the restaurant alone, but the customer service was very polite. I ate nigiri A from the lunch menu. With miso soup and iced coffee after the meal, it was 1,380 yen excluding tax, and 1,518 yen including tax. A nigiri consisted of 9 pieces of medium-fatty meat, white meat, lean meat, beef, salmon, egg, steamed shrimp, scallops, and salmon roe gunkanmaki. The medium-fatty meat seems to melt in your mouth, and the red meat is moist and delicious. The white meat is thick and has a good flavor, and the beef is elastic and has a good flavor and garlic flavor. The salmon is fatty and flavorful, and the egg is slightly sweet. The steamed shrimp is elastic, has a good texture, and has a good taste. The scallops are fluffy and soft, and the salmon roe gunkanmaki has a nice texture that bursts in your mouth. The sushi rice was soft and the vinegar flavor was good, so I had to eat it with my hands as it would fall apart if I held it with chopsticks. The miso soup has green onions in it, and the rich fish soup stock is effective. The iced coffee was flavorful and aromatic. It was delicious.

You can enjoy lunch for 2000 yen per person. One topping has enough volume. The nigiri set comes with coffee (orange juice for children) after the meal.

A friend in Iwatsuki recommended it to me, so I stopped by for lunch. I forgot to take a photo, but the chirashi bowl was delicious (^^) It also came with coffee after the meal, so I was very satisfied. I will come again because I want to try other menu items ♫
