Koshigaya, Saitama, Japan｜Sakae Sushi

A long time ago, when my grandfather lived in Koshigaya, I often went to the delivery and shops. Since my grandfather moved away, I can no longer go, but it is the most delicious sushi I have ever eaten. You are already the second owner. When I went there, my son was still young.

Traditional style sushi, very reasonably priced and of high quality. The owner (cook) very nice and open. He explained everything from how to eat it properly to the preparation process of each piece. He speaks English which made things much easier and made me have a very pleasant time. I recommend it 100%!!

This is a valuable restaurant where you can enjoy delicious seasonal fish every time you go.
