On my way back from touring, I searched for a sushi restaurant near my hotel.I live on Awaji Island, so I'm not that impressed no matter where I eat sushi, but this restaurant was delicious.For me, it's high-end. I ordered a variety of items individually, but the course seems to be recommended. I think I'll order a course next time.

The well-prepared material does not have a fishy smell or excessive wateriness, and has a very elegant taste with a fresh and good flavor. The reliquary is also solid, and when you put it in your mouth, it melts softly. It's a matter of course, but it's not often that you come across a dish that's carefully prepared with such obvious things. There are no seasonings on the table, as the owner will choose the best ingredients for each dish, such as boiled down, salt, sauce, and condiments. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy carefully crafted and elegant sushi. With this quality, the average price per can is about 500 yen. I feel that the cost performance is more than enough. This time I had the sushi course, but next time I would like to order tempura and steak.

〜2022.12 Revisited〜 Well, it's been a long time since I had really good sushi. First of all, the small bowl of milt ponzu had no odor or streaks of milt, and the refreshingly sour ponzu made the creamy milt stand out, making it a very satisfying dish. All of the sushi is seasoned, making it easy to eat with chopsticks. All the seasonings are modest, but they are firmly insisted and match the ingredients. Among them, sea bream and squid are eaten with salt and citrus juice, and the citrus flavor is very exquisite. It's a luxurious place that I can't go to often, but I definitely want to come again. 〜First visit〜 We had very fresh and delicious sushi. Although the price is high due to the location, I thought it was a good restaurant worth visiting.
