Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜和の食 鮨 やまむら

I went with my wife at the beginning of October. I was staying at Yumura Onsen, but the restaurants nearby were crowded, so I found this place on Google Maps and decided to visit. It's a sushi restaurant, but they have a wide selection of sashimi and sashimi, so it was fun to choose. My first drink was beer, but I was happy to see Heartland. After that, I had several refills of the local sake dan. The dishes based on sardines and saury looked beautiful and tasted delicious. Both the seiko crab sashimi and the red bean liver were delicious. Finished off with a nigiri, everything was delicious. Thank you for the meal. It seems better to make a reservation for the counter. It filled up quickly. I will go again if I go to Kofu.

The son's innovative and gorgeous arrangement is added to the previous generation's dishes made by sushi chefs, and the attentive customer service of the proprietress matches very well, creating a comfortable time. Beautiful food is delicious. It's a shop that I really don't want to tell you (´˘`*) It was so delicious!!
