Great and calm restaurant, modern. Good service, English menu available, waiters also spoke English. Food was excellent, the tempura and sushi were amazing and for dessert they had warabimochi.

OMG, absolutely exquisite dining at Lake Kawaguchiko. We walked for miles around the shore of the lake and nothing stood out... Until we arrived back at the central station and found Shaw restaurant. We ordered the sushi set and to our surprise it included edamame, salad, a ribbon of nori tempura, miso soup and of course the sushi. Words can't describe how, with each bite, we were ever-more delighted with the delicate and thoughtful presentation, and the scrumptious flavors. Just an unforgettable, divine and unexpected pleasure to dine at Shaw!!

The salmon was so fresh and the tempura was unexpectedly good. The portion is actually quite big for me. Staff are so friendly and I like the aesthetic interior design of the resto.
