Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Itamae Sushi Kofu

This sushi restaurant is 5 stars in every way. Service was spectacular and staff were very professional. The sushi....fresh and wonderfully prepared. Our chef took great pride in creating a perfect plate for us. From the miso soup to the bluefin tuna. Excellent. We will be going back before we have to leave.

Very good sushi restaurant. Very delicious sushi sets, fresh ingredients. Kind, attentive and fast service.

Very good Sushi place. Not as lively as others. But, great if you want a more quiet setting. This place keeps getting better every time I go. I don't know how they do it! 😉
