Although it has an upscale atmosphere, it is an easy-to-enter store. The interior is very beautiful, well-cleaned, and has a clean feel, so it gets high points. There are 3 types of lunch menus, and the omakase I received this time is the best value for money, and the accompanying sweet shrimp and snowflakes is a rich dish of salmon roe and caviar. The amount of sashimi for one person is unimaginable at a normal restaurant. Saikyoyaki silver cod has the best fat and taste, and the 9 pieces of nigiri are big and filling. The fatty tuna is delicious and the grilled conger eel is fragrant and amazing, and I think 4,000 yen is a bargain for this volume. This is a restaurant that I definitely want to come back to when I come to Tahara.

We had lunch. The nigiri sushi comes with salad, chawanmushi, red soup stock, and sweetness, making it very filling. The sushi was not only medium-fatty, but the white meat and squid were lightly seasoned and delicious. The child was average enough. The salad and chawanmushi were both gentle and delicious.

Also, they kindly accommodated me even though it was last minute for lunch. For lunch, we ordered average (about 1,500 yen), top (about 2,500 yen), and special (about 4,500 yen). Lunch includes salad, chawanmushi, miso soup, sushi, and dessert. The sushi ingredients were well prepared and very delicious. In particular, the medium-fatty fatty tuna, red meat, squid, and scallops were very delicious. I would like to eat at the counter next time I come.
