Although it's a reasonably priced lunch, the toppings are thick and delicious. Is it red soup stock? It contains oboro konbu and is exquisite. Of course, the chawanmushi is also plump and delicious. More than expected. It's a careful job. Sushi is originally a craftsman's job. I was able to enjoy the carefully crafted taste of the chef, which cannot be found at conveyor belt sushi, at a reasonable price. Next time I'll try the nigiri.
