I came to the store at the invitation of the Hekinan Tourism Association's "Three Heroes' Hekinan Oshi Meguri" stamp rally. The first floor is an izakaya, and the second floor is a sushi restaurant. I was a bit scared because all the seats were face-to-face at the counter, but the prices were reasonable and the food looked delicious. It's cool to see the seasonal dishes being prepared right in front of you. But here I chose red miso gratin made from seasonal vegetables. The thickness of the cheese and the spiciness of the miso matched very well and it was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The ingredients are fresh and very delicious. Shari is also very good. This is a very good sushi restaurant that is particular about the ingredients and rice. I think it's rare to be able to eat delicious sushi in front of a chef at a cheap price. The tempura is not greasy and is very easy to eat. We recommend the tempura platter and the Isobe-age Japanese yam. The chef will carefully tell you what's delicious at this time of year. This is my favorite sushi restaurant.

All the tempura is crispy, and the batter is very thin so that it doesn't interfere with the taste of the ingredients. Sushi is also made right in front of you, so you can enjoy freshly made delicious sushi! I ate tuna, but if other sushi is 40% tuna and 60% shari, this sushi is about 90% tuna and 10% shari. The bento box was also delicious.
