Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Yotsume Sushi

A spontaneous dinner had set course ¥5500 per person. Felt like it was cooked by a family of chefs. Sashimi so fresh, sushi was perfect, meal was spot on and that miso fish was so yum. Portion size was plentiful. Not to be missed. What a surprise, where locals go. Underrated would comeback if heading this direction. Did I mention service was spot on too. There’s free carpark a couple of buildings down the road with restaurant’s name clearly marked.

I was deeply moved by the kindness and consideration of the board members. It was my first time visiting him, but he spoke kindly to me and I was able to spend a very enjoyable time with him. The migratory crab was also peeled and very easy to eat and delicious. After eating a lot of a la carte dishes, we ended up having sushi. All of them were delicious, but the Nodoguro was the best.

I had lunch, and the fish was firm, chewy, and delicious! Some of the fish have a sweet taste, and they are so delicious that you won't even want to open your mouth, so I highly recommend them! And the general is kind and always greets you with a smile.
